Trotsenko says to consolidate Arctic Mining Company in Jan–Mar

CHELYABINSK, Jan 26 (PRIME) -- Roman Trotsenko, head of the AEON corporation, plans to consolidate a 100% stake in Arctic Mining Company in a U.S. $100 million deal in January–March 2021, he said on Tuesday.

"The amount of the deal is about $100 million. We plan to formalize the transfer (of the stake) in the first quarter of the year," Trotsenko said.

Arctic Mining Company is developing the Taimyr coal basin and was formerly owned by VostokUgol of Dmitry Bosov. After Bosov's death in May 2020, Trotsenko bought a 75% stake in Arctic Mining Company from his relatives.
